Our Meals and Our Dreams

What did you eat today?

That is what I would ask you

If only it was possible

We are what we eat, after all

And I always want to know

What you are

I want to hold the vessel

That carries your dreams

I want to rest my head on your tummy

And listen to your sounds of living

I want to know what fuels you

What do you burn?

What dreams make you full?

I want to eat our meals and our

Dreams together on the floor
